The Next-Gen Leaders and Entrepreneurship Initiative is my passion-driven movement to equip young leaders with the fundamentals and insider knowledge needed to launch their own businesses and confidently pursue their passions. I believe entrepreneurship extends beyond business creation—it’s about fostering a mindset of innovation, resilience, and leadership.

To bring this vision to life, I have partnered with various corporate leaders such as The Confidence Group, Microsoft, and Dallas ISD to provide aspiring young entrepreneurs with the foundational skills and real-world insights they need to succeed. My dedication to youth entrepreneurship has also been recognized by Dallas Weekly, Canvas Rebel, and Cheryl Magazine, further affirming my commitment to shaping the next generation of trailblazers who will turn their dreams into reality.

Additionally, I have been honored to serve as a judge for the NFTE (Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship) Competition, where students pitch their business ideas for the chance to advance and gain critical experience.
